1) It Aligns Stakeholders: A verbal conversation can always be misinterpreted. You don’t want the Chinese Whispers effect to impact your campaign.
2) It Saves Time: You might think that creating a brief wastes time but it’s quite the opposite. If the campaign needs to go live in a month, then it’s best everyone aligns from day 1.
3) It Clarifies Brand Identity: You want your agency to create a product that aligns with your brand personality and is consistent with your brand's communication on other channels.
